Boulder is a beautiful, bustling city; it's the home of University of Colorado, Google Headquarters and
countless outdoor activities! Here is a list of things we enjoy to do while visiting Boulder.
Eat & Shop
Pearl St is Boulder's downtown walking mall. Enjoy local Coffee shops, restaurants, galleries and plenty of shopping. Weekends on Pearl St always have a lot of street performers out and plenty of people watching.
29th St Mall: another outdoor shopping area & movie theater
HIKE!
Boulder is nestled up to many of my favorite hikes!
Chautauqua Train: 1.3miles, 423ft elevation gain, moderate
Mt Sanitas: 2.6mi, 1,260ft elevation gain, hard
Royal Arch @ Chautauqua: 3.3 hiles, 1,400ft elevation gain, hard
Explore
The Boulder Creek Trail is a walking path acting as a scenic escape that winds through the center of town. Popular to locals who used it for riding bikes, walking, rollerblading, running or visiting the Farmer's Market on Wednesday or Saturday mornings.
Red Rocks Amphitheater is about a 30min drive away.
Eldorado Hot Springs - a big remodel is scheduled to be completed May 2024,
check before heading that way
Breweries
There is no shortage of breweries in Boulder but some of our favorites are:
Santias Brewing
Upslope Brewing
Avery Brewing
Wild Provisions by 4 Noses
